METHODOLOGY

1.1 Input from Client side

a) Understand the company, its vision, goals and culture

b) Client's Requirements are understood in great detail in terms of qualification, years of experience, Essential skills, preferred skills, compensation and job profile

c) A Non Disclosure agreement is signed where required

1.2 A2Z Consultancy Partners with it's clients to provide complete end to end recruitment solutions. We function as an extended arm of the client completely handling the recruitment while the client concentrates on their core competencies. This we do as follows :

a) Search on candidates with specific skill sets and expertise levels based on very specific criteria laid down by the client .This is done by :

  1) Taking profiles from the large database we maintain and upgrade from time to time.

  2) We also take assistance of our associate business partner for finding best professionals incase it is difficult at times to manage alone. (In this case we take care of confidentiality of the company)

  3) We also take assistance of web and e-job sites for finding right professionals. (In this case the company's identity is kept confidential) 

b) Candidates are identified from specific companies, and spoken to about the profile and company without revealing the name of the client.

c) Short listed candidates are then presented to the client with our specific comments and observations.

d) Co-ordination between the client and candidates is handled by us till the candidate joins the client.
